RelevanceU1SNRNPBP is a homolog of U1-snRNP binding protein. Its N-terminal contains an RNA recognition motif. The C-terminal is rich in Arg/Asp and Arg/Glu dipeptides, commonly found in splicing factors. Exists in at least two isoforms produced by alternative splicing that differ in the 5' sequence regions.
