  • Reconstitution
    It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized product in sterile deionized water to a final concentration of 1 mg/ml. Solubilize for 30 to 60 minutes at room temperature with occasional gentle mixing. Carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) is strongly recommended for further dilution and long term storage.

  • Function

    Has a role in both cell adhesion by acting as an adhesion receptor for THBS1 on platelets, and in the modulation of integrins. Plays an important role in memory formation and synaptic plasticity in the hippocampus (By similarity). Receptor for SIRPA, binding to which prevents maturation of immature dendritic cells and inhibits cytokine production by mature dendritic cells. Interaction with SIRPG mediates cell-cell adhesion, enhances superantigen-dependent T-cell-mediated proliferation and costimulates T-cell activation. May play a role in membrane transport and/or integrin dependent signal transduction. May prevent premature elimination of red blood cells. May be involved in membrane permeability changes induced following virus infection.

  • Immobilized Mouse SIRP alpha Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag low endotoxin at 10 µg/mL (100 µL/well) can bind Mouse CD47 with a linear range of 0.078-0.625 µg/mL (QC tested).
  • Mouse CD47 on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 90%.
  • Immobilized ab231160 at 10 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind Mouse SIRP alpha, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag with a linear range of 0.156-2.5 μg/ml.

  • SDS-PAGE analysis of ab231160 under reducing conditions, stained overnight with Coomassie Blue.
