For ab92641, I contacted the laboratories. They confirmed they used a 1 ug/ml solution of MUPA in TBS or PBS. Apply to ELISA wells and incubate at 4 C overnight. Then block the plates with a commercial blocking reagent according to the manufacturer’s protocol, washing if required. Then antibodies to mouse uPA can be applied as desired followed by an appropriate secondary.
