Hi, 1)Is it correct to conclude that ab9954 is the VEGF 165 isoform (based on the sequence data)? 2) Do you have information regarding the use of this product in BALB C mice? A customer said he will buy it only if he has a relevant reference. Thank you!

Thank you for your enquiry. I can confirm that this peptide is the VEGF 165 isoform. However, this will have sequence homology with the VEGF 121 isoform (a shorter isoform with 24 amino acids deleted at C terminal end). We do not test our antibodies or peptides in vivo. All references relating to antibodies are listed on the data sheet and these are regularly updated. I hope this is helpful.
