Additional Notes
The blocking solution contained 10% Normal goat serum and 0.1% Triton-X. The picture shows primary cortical cells from E11.5 mouse embryo. Cells were cultured for 4 days and then fixed in 4% Paraformaldehyde in PBS. Cells were incubated together with the secondary antibody for 1 hour. Reelin is shown stained in red, while nuclei were counterstained using DAPI (blue). Picture magnification: 40X.
