ab241488 has not performed satisfactorily when used for WB of REEP4 in crude preparations (e.g. whole cell lysate). This antibody can be used for WB of enriched (e.g. immunoprecipitated) sources of REEP4.

REEP4 was immunoprecipitated from HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) using ab241488 at 6 µg/mg lysate. Western blot was performed on the immunoprecipitate using ab241488 at 1 µg/ml.
