ab39626 staining RELM alpha in Mouse cecum tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections). Antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in a citric acid. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (4 ng/ml) overnight at 4°C. A Cy3-conjugated Donkey anti-rabbit polyclonal was used as the secondary antibody.
ab39626 at 4 ng/ml staining murine cecum tissue (with positive cells infiltrating the Lamina Propia of a Trichuris muris infected mouse) by IHC-P. The primary antibody was incubated overnight at 4˚C and the secondary antibody was a cyanine-3 conjugated Donkey anti-Rabbit IgG. Heat induced antigen retrieval with a 100mM Citric Acid was used.
ab39626 staining RELM alpha in murine liver tissue by Immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections).
Tissue was fixed in paraformaldehyde and then blocked using 5% BSA for 30 minutes. Samples were then incubated with ab39626 at a 1/20 dilution for 1 hour. The secondary used was a biotinylated goat anti-rabbit IgG used at a 1/200 dilution.
