Applications

Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab136877 in the following tested applications.

The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

Application Abreviews Notes
WB Use a concentration of 0.2 - 0.4 µg/ml. Use under non reducing condition. Predicted molecular weight: 11 kDa.
IHC-P Use a concentration of 10 µg/ml.
Sandwich ELISA Use a concentration of 4 - 8 µg/ml. In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100 ul/well), a concentration of 4-8 ug/ml of this antibody will detect at least 200 pg/ml of recombinant Human Resistin .
