CHO K1 cells expressing Human Retinoic Acid Receptor Alpha (RARa) clearly show nuclear and some cytoplasmic localization of Human RARa when grown in the presence of F12 + 1.5% Charcoal/Dextran FBS.
The image on the left shows the expression of Human RARa as detected by anti-RARa (ab28767) and the image on the right shows the corresponding DAPI nuclear staining.
