We used the Anti-RFP antibody to stain the dorsolateral lobe of a C57 and Tdtomato mouse prostate to determine if the Anti-RFP antibody would stain the Tdtomato mouse, as there is not currently an anti-Tdtomato antibody available. We found slightly higher staining in the Tdtomato mouse than in the C57 mouse. We also found that a 1:100 concentration yielded a high background in the C57 mouse, but a lower concentration showed no staining in the Tdtomato mouse. Green = Anti-RFP, red = probasin, blue = Hoechst.
