Answer

Thank you for your enquiry. The peptide sequence used is proprietary, but 12/14 residues are identical between the human Rheb and drosophila CG1081. ************ * (Residues 12 and 13 have no homology.) I performed a BLAST as well for the drosophila genome and the antibody may cross-react with other drosophlia proteins like Dras1 and CDC42. I hope this information helps.
