    5% SDS-PAGE gel.

  • A431 (human epidermoid carcinoma cell line) cells stained for ROCK2 (green) using ab228000 at 1/500 dilution in ICC/IF. Cells were fixed in ice-cold methanol for 5 minutes.

    Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

  • Paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue stained for ROCK2 using ab228000 at 1/500 dilution in immunohistochemical analysis.

  • ROCK2 was immunoprecipitated from HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) whole cell extract with 5 µg ab228000. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab228000. Anti-Rabbit IgG was used as a secondary reagent.

    Lane 1: HeLa whole cell extract.

    Lane 2: Control IgG IP in HeLa whole cell extract.

    Lane 3: ab228000 IP in HeLa whole cell extract.
