  • ab135669 staining ROR1 in human kidney tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections).

    Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 3% BSA for 30 minutes at room temperature; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in a citrate buffer. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/25) for 1 hour at 37°C. An undiluted biotin-conjugated Goat anti-rabbit polyclonal was used as the secondary antibody.

  • Flow cytometric analysis of NCI-H460 cells labeling ROR1 with ab135669 at 1/10 dilution (bottom histogram) or negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.

The referred antibody is suitable to perform Flow Cytometry, although we have not tested the specific application in B-cell leukemia, the antibody should recognise the membrane protein as long as it is expressed in the cells.

I am afraid none of the anti ROR1 antibodies available suitable to use in Flow Cytometry are conjugated. There is, however, a wide range of secondaries compatible with ab135669, some of which are conjugated to FITC and PE:
