RPL23 was immunoprecipitated from HEK-293T (Human epithelial cell line from embryonic kidney transformed with large T antigen) whole cell lysate (1 mg per IP reaction, 20% of IP loaded, prepared using NETN lysis buffer) using ab241088 at 6 µg per reaction. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab241088 at 1 µg/mL.
Lane 1: ab241088 IP in HEK-293T whole cell lysate.
Lane 2: Control IgG.
Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
