  • 2% formaledehyde-fixed heat shocked HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) cells stained for RSK1 p90 (yellow) using ab223616 at 1/50 dilution for 12 hours at 4°C in ICC/IF, followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit R-PE at 1/200 dilution for 2 hours at room temperature. Counterstain: DAPI (blue) nuclear stain at 1/40000 dilution for 2 hours at room temperature.

  • RSK1 p90 was immunoprecipitated from mouse brain lysate with ab223616 at 1/100 dilution. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab223616 at 1/1000 dilution.
