Additional Notes
Brains were perfused with 4% paraformaldehyde. Sections cut and stained at 20 microns for immunohistochemistry on slides. Blocking agent also has 1% fish gelatin. This antibody produced very little background and no bleed-through. It was a very good nuclear stain.
