S tag antibody ab183674 immunoprecipitates S tag protein in IP experiments. IP Sample: 650 µg whole cell lysate of S tag protein expressing HeLa cells (1), 20 μg whole cell lysate of transfected HeLa cells (2), Control with 2.5 μg of preimmune rabbit IgG (3). Immunoprecipitation of S tag protein by 2.5 μg of ab183674. 12% SDS-PAGE. The immunoprecipitated S tag protein was detected by ab183674 diluted at 1/10000. Anti-rabbit IgG was used as a secondary reagent.
