I would like to purchase western blot antibodies against human MRP8 (S100A8) and MRP14 (S100A9). I will look at these proteins from human neutrophils. I saw that you had two antibodies EPR 3554 and EPR 3555. Do they wok well for WB or can you recommend any other antibodies? Also, I could not find any references for studies that have used your antibodies, if you have any references, could you please send me those? Which concentrations do you recomment as starting concentration?

Thank you for your inquiry.
All of the information we have for each of our products is listed on the online datasheet for your convenience. These are updated as soon as any new information is brought to our attention. These two products have been tested and are guaranteed to work in western blot on the species listed on the datasheet. The recommended concentrations in WB for EPR3554 and EPR3555 are 1:2000-1:10,000 and 1:1000-1:5000 respectively. However we recommend that users titer the optimal concentration for their experiments as these may lie outside of theis recommended range.
