Hi, I just ordered and received these anti-MRP8 and MRP14 rabbit monoclonal antibodies from you :
ab92331 https://www.abcam.com/index.html?datasheet=92331 (or use the following: https://www.abcam.com/index.html?datasheet=92331).
ab92507 https://www.abcam.com/index.html?datasheet=92507 (or use the following: https://www.abcam.com/index.html?datasheet=92507).
Unfortunately, these antibodies were put straight to the freezer without aliquoting first. So when I thaw them and aliquote them, they will have been frozen one extra time before use. Do you think that the antibodies will work anyway?

Thank you for contacting us.
As both antibodies contain Glycerol, they should be quite safe from Frost/Thaw damage (as they shouldn't freeze at all). In the case of these two antibodies the aliquots are rather a protection against contamination of the whole vial.
I hope this information is helpful to you. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any more advice or information.
