Biological description
Novel, selective STAT3 inhibitor (IC50 values are 86 (STAT3.STAT3), 160 (STAT1.STAT3), 166 (STAT1.STAT1) and >300 μM (STAT5.STAT5) for DNA-binding activity). Inhibits complex formation, STAT3 tyrosine phosphorylation and DNA-binding. Inhibits growth and induces apoptosis. Antitumor activity in vivo. -

Handling
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day.
