I’ve been recently interested greatly with SATB2 protein as a potential target for cleavage by a specific protease. I’ve been able to show interesting western blot results using the Abcam SATB2 antibody (ab34735), however when I went on the website to find out the location of the recognized target sequence for this antibody, I was met with your propriety immunogen policy. I know its purpose, and hopefully you can recognize that my need for the information is not at all a threat to your competitiveness. So would it be possible to share with me the amino acid sequence of SATB2 that the antibody recognizes? It would greatly enhance my case that SATB2 is a target of my protease of interest and it will make ab34735 my primary antibody to use for the next 2-3 years.
I await your response, and thank you in advance for the technical assistance!
