WB |
Use at an assay dependent concentration. Predicted molecular weight: 10 kDa.
A 1 hour primary incubation is recommended for this product. Preliminary experiments gave an approx 33kDa band in Human Breast cancer and normal Lung lysates after 0.5µg/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 10.1kDa according to NP_443095.2. The 33kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
