  • Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence analysis of A549 (human lung carcinoma) labelling SCGB3A2 with purified ab181853 at 1/500. Cells were fixed with 100% methanol. An Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (1/1000) was used as the secondary antibody (Ab150077). Nuclei counterstained with DAPI (blue).

    This data was developed using the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation containing PBS, BSA, glycerol, and sodium azide (ab181853).

  • Immunofluorescent analysis of A549 cells (paraformaldehyde-fixed, 4%) labeling SCGB3A2 with ab181853 at 1/500 dilution followed by Goat anti rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor 555) secondary at 1/200 dilution and counter-stained with DAPI.

    This data was developed using the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation containing PBS, BSA, glycerol, and sodium azide (ab181853).
