ab250757 is the carrier-free version of ab184555.
Our carrier-free antibodies are typically supplied in a PBS-only formulation, purified and free of BSA, sodium azide and glycerol. The carrier-free buffer and high concentration allow for increased conjugation efficiency.

Intracellular flow cytometric analysis of 2% paraformaldehyde-fixed HeLa cells labeling SDS3 with ab184555 at 1/250 dilution (red) compared to a Rabbit monoclonal isotype control (green), followed by Goat anti-rabbit IgG (FITC) secondary antibody at 1/150 dilution.
