Dear Technical Support Specialist,
we are currently trying to decide between two products available from your catalog for PTTG1 staining
We plan to do flow cytometry to quantify the PTTG1 levels in cell lines, and the second product (EPR3240) is shown as validated for the flow, but not the first (DCS-280). Should we use the second product for the flow assay, or will the first one work just as well? What secondary antibody can you recommend, ideally with a far red label such as Cy5 or APC?
thanks a lot in advance,

Thank you for your inquiry.
I can recommend to use ab79546 (Anti-Securin antibody [EPR3240]) for your flow cytometry experiments.
This antibody is tested and guaranteed for flow cytometry in human samples.
We do not know if ab3305 works on flow cytometry yet.
I can recommend the following antibodies as suitable secondary antibodies:

I hope this information is helpful. Please do not hesitate to contact me again with any further questions.
