Which isoforms of ab91032 SERCA2 ATPase antibody does this antibody detect?
Asked on Oct 25 2011
Thank you for your telephone enquiry yesterday. I have reviewed the alignment of the immunogen sequence with the 5 human isoforms of SERCA2 ATPase which are listed in the SwissProt/Uniprot protein database site entry which is linked on the datasheet: SwissProt/Uniprot protein database link I can confirm that the immnogen has 100% alignment with all 5 isoforms, so the antibody is very likely to detect all 5 of these. However, this has not specifically been tested in the laboratory. I hope this will be helpful to you. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
