The expression profile observed is consistent with the literature; heart tissue is expected to be negative for serine racemase (PMID: 10557334).
Serine racemase was immunoprecipitated from 0.35 mg of mouse brain tissue lysate with ab182217 at 1/30 dilution. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab182217 at 1/1000 dilution. VeriBlot for IP Detection Reagent (HRP) (ab131366) was used for detection at 1/1000 dilution.
