The immunogen is listed asbeing conjugated toan NO2 group. Do you know the position of this conjugated nitro group? Is it conjugated to the N-terminus of the serotonin? Is it nitro-serotonin or does it block the amino group?

Thank you for your call last week and for your patience while I have been in touch with the lab regarding your enquiry.
There is a mistake on the datasheet, and the antibody was raised against serotonin conjugated to a protein carrier atthe amino terminus. There was no nitro group in the immunogen. I will have the datasheet updated as soon as possible, and I apologize for this error and any confusion.
Please let me know if you have any questions or if there is anything else that you need and I'll be happy to help further.
