Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I am sorry to read that you are having difficulty obtaining a signal in your blots.

If you do not already check for effective transfer, I recommend doing so with a Ponceau Red stain on a new blot. If you are confident that transfer was good, then I recommend stripping an existing blot, re-blocking with 1% BSA, and diluting the antibody in the same blocking solution, with no more than 1% BSA, using a diution of 1/100. The 1/500 that the datasheet recommends was based on the validation with a transfected cell lysate. As you can see on the datasheet, the antibody was incapable of detecting endogenous SFRS7 in a lysate of 293T cells at 1/500. That may be the case for your cells too.
