Western blot analysis of human fetal lung lysate labeling SFRS9 with ab74782.
ab74782 staining SFRS9/SRSF9 in Human lung tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with formalin and antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in a citrate buffer. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/600). A Donkey anti-Rabbit-Cy3 secondary antibody was used (1/200). Exposure time 0.5-2.0 seconds.
