FunctionPlays a key role in hematopoiesis. This PTPase activity may directly link growth factor receptors and other signaling proteins through protein-tyrosine phosphorylation. The SH2 regions may interact with other cellular components to modulate its own phosphatase activity against interacting substrates. Together with MTUS1, induces UBE2V2 expression upon angiotensin II stimulation.

This blot was produced using a 4-20% Criterion TGX gel in 1X SDS buffer. The gel was run at 180V for 40 minutes before being transferred onto a Nitrocellulose membrane at 25V for 7 minutes using the Trans-Blot turbo transfer system. The membrane was then blocked for an hour using 3% milk before being incubated with ab230600 overnight at 4°C. Antibody binding was detected using a Goat anti-Rabbit antibody conjugated to HRP, and visualised using Bio-Rad Clarity Western ECL substrate
