      Question

We would like to test 2 antibodies. This first one may already have been tested - when a spec sheet says 'unsuitable for' I'm not sure if that means they've tested it or not.

      Antibody 1: ab131161 (anti-SIM2 rabbit monoclonal)
      Application: IP, Immunocytochemistry
      Species: Human
      Sample: Cultured cells

      Antibody 2: ab94630 (anti-SIM2 rabbit polyclonal)
      Application: IP, Immunocytochemistry
      Species: Human, Mouse
      Sample: Cultured cells

For the second antibody, if it works with cultured mouse cells we can also test it against tissue samples from SIM2 KO vs. WT mice.
I hope that is everything you need, please let me know if I have left anything out.
      Thanks for your help.

      Looking forward to your response

      Kind regards,
