WB 1/50. Detects a band of approximately 12 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 14 kDa). If bands larger than 12-14 kDa are seen then this can be explained by aggregation of SLPI. Due to cationic character of SLPI it is also possible that SLPI gives a band at 14 kDa instead of 12 kDa.

  • ab17157 staining SLPI in Human lung cancer tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with the HOPE technique and blocked for 15 minutes. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/4000) for 1 hour at 25°C. An undiluted HRP-conjugated Goat anti-mouse IgG polyclonal was used as the secondary antibody.
