  • ab51451 at 2.5 µg/ml staining epidermal keratinocytes at 40X.  This image shows strong nuclear staining with localization of the antibody as the precipated red siganl and a hematoxylin purple nuclear counterstain.

  • ab51451 staining Smad3 (phospho S423 + S425) in PC3 and LnCAP cells by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 70% ethanol and blocked for 1 hour at 26°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/150) for 16 hours at 4°C. An IRDye® 800CW-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/500) was used as the secondary antibody. NC-PC3 - negative control PC3 cells, NC-LnCAP - negative control LnCAP cells.
