    why is the actual band size different from the predicted?

  • 4-cell stage mouse embryos were recovered and the zona pellucida removed. ab67548 at 1:250 dilution was used to detect SMARCAD1, and as secondary antibldy embryos were incubated in Alexa-fluor488 conjugated donkey anti-mouse IgG. Embryos were then imaged by fluorescence confocal microscopy and projected confocal stack images generated - as shown in two examples. Please see accompanying abreview for additional information.
