Lane 2: Detection of Human SMCR8 by Immunoprecipitation from 293T whole cell lysate (0.5 to 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded), using ab202283 at 6 µg per reaction for IP.
Lane 3: Immunoprecipitation from 293T whole cell lysate (0.5 to 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded), using Control IgG.
Subsequent Western blot detection used ab202283 at 0.4 µg/ml.
