  • DIV9 rat E18 primary cortical neurons stained for SNAP23 (green) using ab229085 at 1/500 dilution in ICC/IF. Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 minutes.

    Red: beta Tubulin 3, a neuron cell marker, stained by beta Tubulin 3 antibody at 1/500 dilution.

    Blue: DAPI.

  • HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) cells stained for SNAP23 (green) using ab229085 at 1/500 dilution in ICC/IF. Cells were fixed in methanol.

    Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

  • Paraffin-embedded human breast cancer tissue stained for SNAP23 using ab229085 at 1/250 dilution in immunohistochemical analysis.

  • Anti-SNAP23 antibody (ab229085) at 1/500 dilution + A431 (human epidermoid carcinoma cell line) whole cell lysate at 30 µg
