Thank you for your enquiry. I can confirm that the blocking solution is 5% skimmed milk in PBS. The antibody diluent is also 5% skimmed milk. Lastly, the incubation condition is 2 hours at 37℃. According to them, the immunogen sequence used to generate this antibody can also hit a 43kD isoform of SMARCA1 (as we observed in our laboratory) besides anticipated 115kD protein. Therefore, we think the smaller band is the signal of this isoform.
