Lysate from 293T cells was immunoprecipitated with ab183719 at a 1/50 dilution. For the subsequent blot, ab183719 was used at a 1/1000 dilution with Anti-Rabbit IgG (HRP), specific to the non-reduced form of IgG at a 1/1500 dilution for the secondary. Lane 2: TBS instead of 293T lysates.
Blocking/ Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
