Dear Mr or Ms:

I am intested in ab13533 to perform IHC.In the website https://www.abcam.com/SOD2-antibody-ab13533.htmlIHC has two recomended dilute ratio.

IHC-P(paraffin embeded section) IHC-P: Use a concentration of 1 µg/ml,that is,1:1000dilution.And IHC-P(formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin embeded section):Use at an assay dependent concentration,what's the difference between them?Which one should I chooose?

I am sorry for the confusion caused by the layout of the applications information. A duplicate entry for IHC-P has been made in error. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This will be rectified.
The concentration recommendations are only a suggestion and will require optimisation in your particular experiment to obtain the best staining. I would suggest trying between 1-5 ug/mL to begin with and see if this requires further optimisation.
