  • ab26041 at a concentration of 4-8 µg/ml staining human SOX5 by Immunohistochemistry in paraffin embedded lung tissue. Cells with positive label (as indicated by the arrows) are alveclar cells. Magnification 400X.
  • ab26041 at 1/500 dilution staining SOX5 in chicken embryo head section by immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections). Sections were incubated overnight in 30% sucrose in PBS at 4°C, embedded in OCT freezing medium, frozen and sectioned in a cryostat. After fixation sections were rehydrated in PBS for 15 min and then blocked in PBS containing 1% fetal calf serum, 0.1% Triton-X and 0.02% Thimerosal. Primary antibody was used overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was used at 1/200 dilution for 2 hours.

Leider habe ich eine schlechte Nachricht für Sie: Aggrecan hat insgesamt eine Übereinstimmung von 19%, es gibt eine Region zwischen AS 800-850 des menschlichen Proteins, welches eine hohe Übereinstimmung mit dem Ziegen Protein hat, nur haben wir leider keinen passenden Antikörper.

Versican und SOX5 weisen leider gar keine Übereinstimmung mit dem Ziegenprotein auf.

Da alle unsere Aggrecan,Versican und SOX5Antikörper gegen das humane Protein entwickelt worden sind, kannich Ihnen leider keinen Vorschlag machen.

The peptide was derived from a region between residues 286 - 335 of human SOX5. I am sorry I could not be more helpful.
