VODI is an autosomal recessive primary immunodeficiency associated with hepatic vascular occlusion and fibrosis. The immunodeficiency is characterized by severe hypogammaglobulinemia, combined T and B cell immunodeficiency, absent lymph node germinal centers, and absent tissue plasma cells.
