Western blot analysis of Hela cell lysate immunoprecipitated with ab180527. Detection utilised ab180527 at 1/40 dilution followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/1000 dilution. The blocking buffer and dilution buffer was 5% NFDM/TBST.

Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde-fixed SH-SY5Y cells labeling Spry-2 with ab180527 at 1/1000 dilution. Goat anti-rabbit IgG (Dylight 488) at 1/250 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. The slide is counterstained with Dapi.

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human breast carcinoma tissue labeling Spry-2 with ab180527 at 1/50 dilution. The retrieval buffer was 0.01 M Tris-EDTA (pH 9.0) and HIER was performed in a Decloaker (125°C, 30 sec, cool down to room temperature for 10-30 min). The slide is counterstained with Hematoxylin.
