ab73891 staining SRSF3 in mouse E9.5 embryo tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-Fr - frozen sections). Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.5% Triton X-100 and blocked with 1% BSA + 10% goat serum + 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS for 1 hour at 20°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100 in PBS + 1% BSA + 10% goat serum + 0.1% Triton) for 16 hours at 4°C. An Alexa Fluor® 594-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/200) was used as the secondary antibody.
