ab241500 used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. Western blot was perfomed on the immunoprecipitate using ab241500 at 1 µg/ml.
Lane 1: ab241500 IP in HEK-293T whole cell lysate.
Lane 2: Control IgG HEK-293T whole cell lysate.
Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
