The WB image was obtained under the following conditions:

The gel was 8% SDS-PAGE. About 30 ug total protein was loaded on each lane.

As for mouse data, I found out that they have not yet been tested, but theimmunogen sequence has very high identity with mouse. I have changed the datasheet to reflect this information. I apologize that it did contain incorrect information.
