Question

I rerun the assay and still got the same result. Maybe I didn't dissolve the whole reagent, i'm really not sure what happened. It would be great if you could send a new vial and advise me what volume of DMSO (or other recommended solution) I should dissolve it in.

Thank you for your help and I really appreciate that your team made an effort to recheck the reagent. I would be happy to send you he output of the experiment done with the new vial.

Best regards,

Answer

Thank you for your response.

I would recommend preparing a 1 mM stock solution and using it at a 1 ul concentration in cell medium.

Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day. However, if you need to make up stock solutions in advance, we recommend that you store the solution as aliquots in tightly sealed vials at -20°C. Generally, these will be useable for up to one month. Before use, and prior to opening the vial we recommend that you allow your product to equilibrate to room temperature for at least 1 hour.

This is to let you know that I have placed a new order for you - for one vial ofab120056 as a free of charge replacement and the new order number is 1075953.

I hope the second vial will work as it is expected and please do let me know how you are getting on with this product.
