IU is International unit. IU / mL represent the activity of the regent.
In COA the protein content of the antibody is given as 5 mg/mL. so customer require the activity in IU/mL.

IU is used in diagnostics and is used to quantify vitamins, hormones, some medications, vaccines, blood products, and similar biologically active substances.
Our product including this antibody are not for diagnostic purposes and for research only.
Therefore the IU of this antibody is not tested and measured. We can only provide the protein concentration which is 5 mg/ml.
I am sorry to not be able to provide an answer on this occasion and hope this information is nevertheless helpful.
