Dear Mr. or Ms.,
One of our costumers wants to check with you whether anti-Survivin (Code ab76424) is able to get the 3 Survivin isoforms/ splicing variants (Survivin wild, Survivin-2B and Survivin-DEx3).
Does ab76424 can mark Survivin independent of its isoform/ splicing variant?
I'm forward to hearing from you.
Thanks for your attention.

Thank you for your inquiry.
I can confirm that the immunogen maps to the first 25 amino acids of human Survivin, on the N-terminus (UniProt: O15392).
Therefore the antibody should recognise all isoforms since they do not differ in the first 25 amino acids according to the Swiss Prot website:
I hope this information is helpful for your customer. Please feel free to contact me again with any further questions.
