Flow Cytometry - Anti-SV40 T-antigen antibody [PAb416] (ab16879)Image courtesy of Nir Drayman by Abreview.CV1 cells were either mock infected or infected with SV40 at moi 10. Cells were then harvested (trypsinized and centrifuged) and fixed 72 hours post infection in 100% Methanol at -20°C. Cells were stained for 1 hour with ab16879 at a 1/100 dilution, washed and then stained with Donkey polyclonal Secondary Antibody to Mouse IgG - H&L (DyLight® 488), pre-adsorbed, ab98794 at a 1/200 dilution.
